Dr. Le is a trained Respirologist, Sleep Medicine Specialist, and American Board of Obesity Medicine and has treated hundreds of patients whose sleep apnea was related to obesity. This inspired him to develop a more permanent solution for the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea through weight management, offering a real alternative to CPAP machines and dental devices. Dr. Le co-developed the HOW2HEAL program, focusing on holistic health through better mindset, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and sleep hygiene.
- Samantha Upshall, RPN, CBE
Samantha is a Registered Practical Nurse, Certified Bariatric Educator, and Chronic Disease Management Health Coach and advance foot care nurse. She leads with an energetic, holistic approach and holds a diploma in Psychological Therapies. Samantha co-developed the HOW2HEAL and HOW2TRIM programs with Dr. Le, producing successful medical weight management programs that have helped hundreds of people in their journey to optimal health.
