Ingredients:
Step 1
Descale and chop uncooked prawns into a mined meat texture. Then chop you r spring onions and finely dice your garlic. Then place everything in a bowl.
Step 2
Into the bowl with you r mix add the chili oil, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Then mix!
Step 3
Dunk you rice paper one by one into a bowl of luke warm water ensuring it is fully submerged. Then take the rice paper out and cut it in half (The rice paper will continue to soften as it sits out so do not worry about the texture right now).
Step 4
Place about a teaspoon to table spoon amount on the middle of the half of a rice paper. Then fold both the side onto it's self and just keep folding until you get a shape that resembles a dumpling
Step 5
Heat your pant to medium high heat and lightly coat the dumplings with a little bit of oil
Step 6
Fry the dumplings on each side until cooked through and crispy on the outside.
